1. Introduction
NextClick Digital ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information.

- Where relevant to a service you've engaged (see Section 6), personal information belonging to your own customers or website visitors
3. How We Collect It
- Directly from you, through our contact form, email, phone, or consultations
- Automatically, via cookies and analytics tools when you visit our website

5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We may share personal information with service providers who help us deliver our services, including hosting providers such as Amazon Web Services, and productivity platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Depending on the services you've engaged us for, this may also include advertising platforms (such as Google Ads and Meta Ads), social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), email and SMS marketing platforms, and CRM software. We may also share information with payment processors where applicable, and with team members and contractors working on your project.
6. Personal Information We Process on Your Behalf
Several of our services involve us handling personal information that belongs to your customers, not just information about you as our client. This includes:
- AI Chatbots: conversations and details submitted by visitors to your website
- Marketing Automation & CRM: your customer and lead records, stored and managed in the CRM we set up for you
- Paid Advertising: audience and conversion tracking data collected through Google Ads and Meta Ads on your behalf
- Social Media Management: comments, messages and interactions from your followers and customers
In these cases, we act on your instructions as a service provider. You remain responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate rights and consents to have us process that information, and for your own privacy obligations to your customers. We handle this information only to deliver the relevant service, and take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
7. Overseas Disclosure
Some of our team members and contractors are based outside Australia. Where personal information is disclosed to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, in accordance with APP 8 of the Privacy Act 1988.
8. Cookies & Website Analytics
Our website may use cookies and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies at any time through your browser settings.
9. Data Security
