Muhammad's interest in technology started back in high school, where he dreamed of becoming a computer scientist. That interest led him to a software engineering degree, and in 2015, while still completing it, he started building websites and digital systems professionally. Since then, he's worked with a growing number of Australian businesses, and is now based in Melbourne.
Along the way, a pattern kept showing up. Small businesses were being sold AI and digital services built for someone else's business, locked into contracts that were hard to leave, with pricing that felt more like a negotiation than a straight answer. NextClick Digital exists to do the opposite: AI, websites and marketing built around how a real trade or local business actually works, priced upfront, with nothing that locks you in beyond the value you're actually getting.
The goal isn't to be the biggest agency in Melbourne. It's for a business in Melbourne, or anywhere else in Australia, to have access to the same AI and automation tools that used to be reserved for companies with much bigger budgets, without needing to understand the technology themselves.
